Contract opportunity with Fortune 500 Tech company in Menlo Park!

The Traffic Manager / Web Producer must have the ability to juggle multiple projects concurrently under tight deadlines. He/She must be able to foresee scheduling conflicts and take quick action when schedules go off course. The Traffic Manager will need to efficiently manage schedules and resources as well as collaborate closely with all team members.

The Traffic manager needs to ensure timely delivery of all campaigns, helping out wherever he/she can and ensuring everyone delivers their part of the job on time and according to agreed-upon specifications.

Tasks & responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Reviews daily work schedule with marketing, design, and development leads
• Works closely with designers, copywriters, web development, marketing and other team members as required to monitor and move all projects throughout the design and production process.
• Create and manage detailed production schedules across all jobs and publishes a daily production status report to ensure complete and constant transparency and clarity across all team members of schedules and job status
• Expedites all “crisis jobs.” Majority of work should flow through creative/production on a reasonable, scheduled basis, as directed and supervised by the team leads.
• Foresees potential scheduling and delivery conflicts early and proactively proposes solutions for resolution for review by the team leads.
• Assist team leads in scheduling creative briefings, project kickoff meetings, execution meetings and pre-production meetings when required
• Manages internal routing of all concepts, layouts, artwork and digital proofs for review
• Makes sure all materials are properly signed off and approved
• Assists creative team in maintaining and archiving all files in an organized and consistent manner, including artwork, photography, and video files

Desired Skills and Experience:
• 2-3 years of progressive traffic/production experience at an agency or in-house department
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with experience in scheduling, resource allocation and management, and task dependencies.
• Deep understanding of and experience with digital marketing – web site & marketing channels.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines, while juggling multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Resourceful, with excellent problem-solving skills – must be able to foresee scheduling conflicts and take quick action when schedules go off course.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident, with a positive disposition and ability to be calm under intense pressure, as well as firm or flexible as the situation requires.
• Team player with a can-do attitude, and with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple people and/or teams.
• Proven ability to work productively and respectfully with colleagues at a variety of levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and project management tools.
• Experience in an agile environment – Scrum Master experience a plus
• Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence
