Long term contract with potential for perm at our Fortune 500 Tech client!

The Web Producer creates, maintains, updates, manages and provides customer service for publishing site content throughout our client’s site and other web properties. The Producer is responsible for day-to-day maintenance of all websites including content, graphic, layout and quality control and provides best practice leadership for web site production, content and QA.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
• Act as a subject matter expert for production responsibilities
• Create and manage to completion/resolution all site publishing requests and defect reports
• Coordinate with Web Strategy, Creative Services, internal stakeholders and other teams to enable successful content delivery on core Web properties
• Lend subject matter expertise across Web marketing on CMS platforms, HTML and CSS
• Understanding of key issues with usability, accessibility and Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and working across platforms (computer, mobile, etc.)
• Coordinate troubleshooting of technical problems
• Provide production support for globalization, site content migration and general site maintenance
• Streamline and automate processes to ensure the highest levels of production efficiency and capacity usage
• Prototype new page functionality, publishing features and site add-ons

• 3-5 years of Web production or site operations experience
• Experience working with stakeholders to produce websites
• Sound understanding of accessibility, usability and navigation issues
• Experience of working within web guidelines
• Excellent communication skills including the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical people
• Solid understanding of web standards, best practices, Web 2.0, HTML and CSS
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite including Dreamweaver, PhotoShop, Illustrator and Flash
• Experience working with popular open source and off-the-shelf content management systems - specific experience with Adobe Experience Manager is preferred
• Proven ability to present/communicate/interpret ideas clearly and effectively with content stakeholders
• Time management excellence, detail orientation and a take ownership attitude with a passion toward success and quality delivery
• Outstanding team player with a positive, self-starter attitude, strong project management skills and logical reasoning, troubleshooting and creative problem solving skills
• Experience working with large global web properties a plus
• Second language fluency in French, Spanish, German, Portuguese or Italian a plus
