Keeping on the cutting edge, this division is expanding its reach by bringing new and innovative sales enablement content to sales teams everywhere! We need a passionate, fun, crazy awesome Graphics Coordinator to keep the quality and pop of Trailhead graphics top notch and consistent.
You don't have to be a sales or product expert yourself, but your eye for graphics, must be, let’s say spot on. You'll spend your days working with internal and external stakeholders, writers and the graphics team to shape the graphics so they are the true to the spirit of our company.
This is a challenging role for someone who is has exceptional attention to detail and is passionate about helping people learn.
Manage graphic development from start to finish, from the initial outline to the finished product, through rounds of edits and revisions.
Become familiar with all in flight copy to translate creative specs to graphics team.
Support the development and writing of additional resources including video scripts, case studies, tip sheets, assessments, challenge questions and other supporting resources.
Bring a deep understanding of our sales learners, and be able to put yourself in the mind of the learner to create incredible, fun, aspirational, relevant content.
Maintain and evolve graphic style guide.
Ensures brand guidelines are adhered to in all materials.
Oversees records of images and learning resources.
Demonstrate excellent communication and time-management skills, leadership and judgment.
Demonstrate a proactive, results-driven, attention to detail approach to the work.
Be accountable to ensure deadlines are met.
Minimum 3 years professional creative management experience
Ability to take complex, sometimes mixed messages from multiple stakeholders and transform them into simple, elegant, and clear creative specs
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, demanding environment
Knows how to balance high standards for quality with the need to get to market fast
Experience designing for enablement
Experience with education technology
Experience with instructional design
Experience working in a startup and/or technology environment
