Our client is in search for a stellar Web Producer with strong Project Management skills to join their team!

Role is Long term contract, 40 hours a week.

Start is asap.

Job description:

This Producer role will support the clients build-out project were we are continuing to build out sections of their website. The candidate needs to be very savvy with how Web pages are constructed. They won’t need to code, but they need to understand all facets of Web creation (working with developers, designers, copywriters, SEO teams, analytics teams, and translation teams). This Producer will be project managing the creation of new Web sections and will be the key point of contact between all of these Web teams and our internal business units. They are the central point to the project and triage every action item needed to ensure the Web sections are built correctly and on time.

Responsibilities
• Drive the schedules and production needs for any changes that need to happen on the site based on our editorial calendar.
• Be the point of escalation for items that are at risk.
• Own and foster the relationships between our internal groups (developers, design, content, QA, SEO, and analytics) to ensure pages are accurate and up to spec.
• Work closely with our senior consultants to ensure your work maps to their calendars and scrum process

Qualifications
• 3-5 years of Web producer experience within an online team. Preferably B2B experience on a large, global scale corporate Web site.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently, including the ability to juggle multiple requests and priorities at one time.
• Experience in working with a distributed team that is both global and virtual.
• Ability to create and foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and agency contacts.
• Basic understanding of how to read the source code for a Web page (HTML and CSS). Note: this position is not required to code.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
