This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Web Producer to participate in a global web transformation initiative (WTI) with a large pharmaceutical client. The Web Producer serves as a liaison between WTI team members and the Hyper-care team members. Participating in the cross-functional team, the web producer acquires content and uploads it to the digital repository. Acquired content can be in many formats, such as images, videos, and data files. The web producer will keep the training website up-to-date via the digital repository.

This position will be full time on site at the client’s offices in North Wales, PA for three months with the possibility of extending. Hours are standard business hours with sporadic evening hours to accommodate international training sessions.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Proofread and upload new content for website
  • Maintain and update existing website content
  • Attend WTI meetings and training sessions
  • Make video modules of e-Learning content and upload to website
  • Document best practices for WTI policies and procedures on website
  • Continually assess processes to streamline tasks, reduce redundancies, and track content material processing from acquisition to user access

Qualifications desired:

  • Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS)/e-Learning and a Content
  • Management System (CMS)
  • Solid technology background, including Microsoft Office Suite software, and familiarity with trends in delivery of electronic information
  • Experience with editing and maintaining web pages
  • Web design and HTML coding skills
  • Some knowledge of CSS, JavaScript, XSLT, and XML
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Team player ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Positive customer service orientation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and positive customer service orientation.
