Web Merchandising Mgr.

Online Program/Merchandising Manager for Consumer Sales Products Go-To-Market and Offer Execution, managing all aspects of product launches, web site experience enhancements and promotions on the Web
· Responsible for the Online lifecycle management of key Online product launches as well as continuous merchandising/optimization of current web products; including Go-To-Market planning/requirements gathering, merchandising, competitive analysis & research, analytics/metrics development/tracking, promotions negotiations, training and collateral development.
· Expert knowledge of Tablet and Mobile Broadband products
· Expert knowledge of Online merchandising and user experience with a core focus on educating and selling products to our customers with best in class information - Required
· Marketing experience, specifically within the Online/Web field · Online Product Merchandising experience, must be within the Online/Web field
· Keen understanding of Online/Offline promotions and impacts on sales
· Management of online operations, working with national supply chain and launch teams
· Proactive, multi-tasking capabilities with strong, vocal personality and communication skills
· Ability to coordinate/manage projects, meetings and people independently, with minimal management direction
· Experience with competitive analysis and research · Clear understanding of metrics analysis, reporting and driving results to KPIs
· College Degree Required (Marketing or Business Preferred)
· 5+ years Online sales/merchandising background required
· 5+ years of project & product management and marketing skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Primary Skill Requirement MUST HAVE
Expert knowledge of Online merchandising; and Tablet and Mobile Broadband products
