Our client is looking for a Web Marketing / Interactive Project Manager to work onsite in Lexington, MA! This is a contract position at 40 hrs/week.

The Manager, Web Marketing and Interactive Project Management will lead a web marketing team to drive B2B awareness for the products and services offered by the Global Marketing Organization for our client's Network Management Division. This is a management and hands-on role — you will leverage strong web development and design skills to build and enhance division web sites, as well as manage a team that executes web projects that support business strategies and objectives.

This role:

- Requires strong skills in web analytics and direct marketing. Using web analytics tools, this position will coach direct reports and those in Web Marketing, informing them of site traffic, what content is most and least viewed, sales trends, and mentoring them to show what is working well and what is not.
- Uses HTML and local tools to create landing pages/promotion pages, manage all language web sites, manage SEO/SEM to drive trial downloads of our products and leads to sales.
- Regularly builds web sites for several web portals.
- Will most often interact with other members of the Marketing team (Demand Generation, Design, Product Marketing, Writer).
- Is responsible for drafting NM web sites’ social and mobile strategy and movement to the next web platform. We are looking for new ways for customers to interact with NM, its content, authors, and other customers.

Responsibilities and Essential Duties:

- Manage the day-to-day execution of all web projects, including management of internal resources and external vendors, from conceptualization to implementation
- Maintain divisional websites, performing a wide-range of duties including the development of new site content and updating of existing content/pages.
- Analyze the ROI of proposed web projects and provide forecasting for traffic, contact acquisition, lead attainment, and engagement metrics
- Manage the design of new areas of the web site, including defining creative requirements based on business goals, analytical data, usability parameters, and design best practices
- Analyze website metrics on a weekly basis using a variety of leading edge tools
- Oversee the integration of Salesforce, Marketo, and a variety of analytical tools with the website, understanding the data flow through these systems and appropriate repositories for reporting particular types of data
- Communicate status of traffic, conversion, and lead goals on a weekly basis
- Work closely with Ipswitch IT team to build and enhance data-driven customer interactive tools (using ASP.NET and related technologies).
- Drive improvements in search engine optimization and web traffic tracking.
- Utilize interactive skills, social networks and Web 2.0 technologies
