Web Marketing Project Coordinator

Company seeks Web Marketing Project Coordinator to assist in managing specific product lines and/or special projects assigned by Web Project Manager and Web Director. Responsible for creating and executing all promotional activities for assigned web projects. This is an onsite, contract-to-hire role.

Ideal candidates will be very detailed, organized and ready to learn about brand management. Some copy writing skills is a must. Experience creating reports/evaluations in Excel is strongly desired. Experience working in WordPress and/or Photoshop is favored.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
· Develops promotional strategies and manages execution of plans assigned product line(s).

· Writes and curates marketing copy for assigned product lines and websites.

· Monitors deliverables and specification documents for web projects/updates and functions.

· Acts as the primary liaison to other functional areas such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Events, Publicity, Creative etc. to ensure awareness of current and future promotional campaigns and coordination of activities.

· Conducts author relations associated with the assigned product line(s). Including responding to stakeholder inquiries and requests, maintaining continual flow of information.

· Ensure project completion within budget and schedule

· Creates critical paths and project planning documents and frequently follows up with other parties accountable to meet deliverable deadlines.

· Evaluate success of each activity assigned and provides extensive reports to Web Director.

· Learns new techniques, processes, theories and technologies related to brand management.
