Web Marketing Manager

Our Client's mobile app team is looking for an experienced mobile app marketer to drive growth and retention in a B2B business. We are looking for someone who has experience managing and executing campaigns to drive user acquisition, retention, engagement, and monetization.

Responsibilities:
• Create and drive marketing plan for acquiring and retaining subscribers through focused, data-driven, and ROI based mobile user acquisition and retention strategies
• Test, optimize and scale app marketing channels (Paid Acquisition, Mobile App Conversion, Push/In-App, Organic via App Store Optimization)
• Collaborate with internal Paid Media team on paid acquisition strategy
• Collaborate with internal Product team on setting up in-app campaigns, understanding customer behavior, key events and user trigger points
• Master and exploit targeting and other tools available in mobile marketing toolset (Localytics and AppsFlyer) to efficiently acquire and retain ROI positive users at lowest possible CPA
• Drive conversion and engagement by establishing and managing a personalized push notification and in-app messaging system
• Drive ASO including testing and optimization of keywords, screenshots, app description, and content
• Develop a strategy to setup and run deep linking experiments that will drive app adoption
• Drive social strategy leveraging internal social properties and identifying external social opportunities
• Maintain up-to-date content and messaging on corporate website and eStore

Content and creative development
• Lead creative development for any programs or content needed to drive user engagement
• Collaborate with marketing agencies to develop messaging, creative and promotions for mobile marketing and engagement campaigns
Reporting
• Monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis and provide data-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance and optimize subscription growth and retention
• Generate detailed spend and performance reports around trends and key metrics specific to goals
• Collaborate with internal product and analytics teams to streamline reporting
Vendor management and budgets
• Manage relationships with, and performance of, external vendor partners to ensure successful campaign execution
• Manage marketing budgets across activities

Experience and skills required:
• 5-7 years mobile app marketing experience, additional software marketing experience a plus
• Knowledge of mobile growth marketing strategies and tactics
• Experience with app organic and paid marketing including attribution
• Experience with mobile analytics tools such as: Localytics and AppsFlyer or similar
• Experience with app store marketing and social marketing to drive mobile growth
• Must have high level of interpersonal skills to communicate with extended team and to be able to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
