Web Marketing Manager--Contract To Hire

Our client is a software company in Atlanta and has asked for our help identifying a WEB MARKETING MANAGER for a CONTRACT TO HIRE POSITION.

Location-First 3 months on-site in Lawrenceville. At the end of 3 months this group is moving to new offices in mid-town Atlanta. You must be able to work M-F during normal business hours in Lawrenceville and mid-town Atlanta (after the office relocates).
Start date- asap.

Responsibilities:
The Marketing Manager will drive Small Medium Business (SMB) strategy and program execution. Responsible for driving demand generation, brand building and awareness for this key market segment.
Plans and executes the SMB Marketing strategy across a number of tactics, e.g. campaigns, events, content, social media, webinars and 3rd party channels
Works closely with sales stakeholders to communicate the SMB marketing strategy
Develops, maintains and optimizes SMB specific content primarily for our web properties. Work closely with the web team to ensure success for these properties
Collaborates with regional and global marketing stakeholders to gain input into the program strategy, campaign approach, creative direction and impact measurement (goals/performance)
Manages and owns SMB pipeline for effectiveness and results. Publishes results regularly to share performance trends with key stakeholders

MUST HAVES for this role:

  • Experience tracking KPIs. Must have accountability for metrics delivery to your previous employer(s)?
  • Experience with online testing and web optimization experience.
  • Knowledge of Marketing Automation systems and solid level of experience in driving leads through a sales funnel.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
    5+ years marketing experience required, preferably in a campaign manager or marketing account manager capacity
    3+ years of experience managing and developing new marketing programs
    3+ years of experience driving demand and pipeline for the programs
    Proven track record of building, leading and managing marketing campaigns across web, social, email, as well as in-person events and other activities
    Background in developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns focused on specific market segments or industries
    Strong attention to detail and loves working towards clear goals
    Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
    Ability to work cross-functionally and in teams
    Strong understanding of demand generation and experience of driving quantifiable ROI
    Be results focused and be able to prioritize based on delivery of your core metrics
    Past experience in using salesforce, and/or other marketing tools such as Marketo, Eloqua, Responsys, Google Analytics, Omniture, etc
    Background in online marketing is a plus
