Web Marketing Coordinator

With frequent guidance, the Web Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the administrative website components for online courses, online events/live streams, and other digital product lines on company site. The Web Marketing Coordinator will complete web postings of product lines such as Online Courses and other future digital product lines related to and associated with online courses.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manages various projects related to digital products including development of company site
• Monitors deliverables and specification documents for online course updates and functionality
• Writes specs, writes content, and suggests improvements for layout and design of course marketing web pages
• Updates and maintains administrative areas for digital product lines regularly checking for quality assurance (QA)
• Performs detailed testing of online courses and frequent proofing of web pages and content
• Utilizes various associated databases to collect information necessary for posting
• Generates reports and researches processes based on customer behavior using multiple analytics and reporting tools
• Works with Marketing Managers to execute promotions for company site
• Coordinates with multiple departments and databases to post administrative content and distribute relevant logistical information for the successful execution of digital product lines
