Web Marketing Analyst

As the Web Analyst, you will support the web analytics needs of high traffic websites. You will leverage behavioral data to provide input into the Web Channel’s strategic and operational decisions by:

• Analyzing web usage data to derive deeper learnings and insights about the site experience and the web users.
• Creating holistic dashboards / reports and analysis from varied data sources for presentation to the Web and Business management teams.
• Leading and driving insights from data to suggest and or create improvements / efficiencies to our web sites.

The Web Analyst will also seek to incorporate industry standard web analytics best practices and methodologies (e.g., testing and behavioral targeting) into Web operations. In addition, you will also work with the technology team to identify gaps in the data capture strategy and collaboratively implement enhancements.

Hiring Criteria:

• Interest and understanding of web marketing (e.g., campaigns) and measuring (e.g., pageviews, visits) concepts.

• Web development / implementation experience

• Strong penchant for analysis and driving desire to understand underlying drivers.

• Extensive experience utilizing Microsoft suite of products (e.g., Excel) for data visualization.

• Ability to create and deliver effective and persuasive presentations (verbal and written) for project, technical and business leaders.

• The ability to create a positive and professional business relationship with internal and external clients.

• Ability to translate ambiguous concepts / direction into tangible tasks and deliverables.

• Works effectively both independently and as a member of a cross functional team.
