The Web Interface Designer is responsible for developing user interfaces for web-based eCommerce applications and marketing web sites. This position works with business users, eCommerce department management, and Sr. Web Interface Designers to determine appropriate screen flows and interface elements, and performs weekly, monthly and seasonal production duties in a deadline-driven environment.

Position Responsibilities / Essential Functions:

? Support contract segment of eCommerce and marketing web sites by translating brand/business
? strategies and requirements into effective, cohesive design solutions utilizing a user-center approach.
? Build-out of pages for website, banners, mini-sites, online marketing support and brand related design.
? Maintain consistency of site appearance through the use of style guides, style sheets solid understanding of Web Standards and best practices.
? Collaborate with and supports the needs of project team members.
? Support configuration of websites hosted on Microsoft IIS Server environment.
? Create weekly/monthly/seasonal promotional product imagery.
? Demonstrate a commitment to company core values of safety, integrity, process improvement, and customer satisfaction.

Education, Certification & Licenses:

This position requires knowledge of visual communication, website design and marketing acquired through formal education or 2 - 3 years on-the-job application.

Experience:
Minimum 2 years experience in web application interface and website design

Computer Skills:
Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Knowledge of technologies used in website front-ends, including, but not limited to, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Knowledge of the following applications: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Dreamweaver
Familiarity of both the PC and Macintosh operating system
Familiarity with User Interface Design
