As an editor on the Consumer's Content Strategy team for this top internet search company, you’ll help drive development of customer support content for consumer products..
In this highly cross-functional role, the editor will help writers develop clear, user-friendly online content for millions of people who use consumer products every day.

Key Skills
-Expert editor who can turn complex concepts into friendly, easy-to-read content.
- Excellent project manager who can juggle several projects at the same time.
- Outstanding communications skills.
- Knows how to craft high-quality, on-brand content that balances user and business objectives.
- Is relentlessly focused on the customer.
- Understands UI and online writing best practices for a consumer-facing audience.
- Is experienced with content management at many levels (e.g. information architecture, style guides, content management systems, localization, analytics).

Responsibilities
- Edit help center articles to ensure accuracy and uphold editorial standards.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders including writers, product managers, legal and privacy teams.
- Work with writers to develop content strategy for multiple help centers.

Minimum Qualifications:
-BA/BS degree in English, Journalism or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in online content production, editing, UX writing, or marketing communications for consumer-focused company.
- Expert command of writing benefit-oriented, consumer-focused copy.
- Strong understanding of user experience principles, rich media, and user research.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and impeccable business judgment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Design-minded and experience with UX research a plus.
