Summary:
As a member of the corporate marketing and communications (MarCom) department, the Corporate Webmaster/Director will provide website design solutions and will be responsible for maintaining corporate content and websites. This position builds and maintains brand integrity through consistent design and management of online content. The Corporate Webmaster/Director will work closely with functional business owners to support their online objectives while ensuring consistency in the implementation of the marketing and brand strategy.



Requirements : Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):



Developing and maintaining the corporate website, corporate communications site and other corporate online assets

Monitor corporate online assets to ensure functionality and rich user experience

Working to improve search engine ranking for the company (SEO)

Managing corporate brand on a variety of social media platforms

Maintaining an inventory of online advertisements



Managing optimization and posting of online video assets

Working with IT to establish the technical requirements needed to achieve marketing objectives

Acting as liaison between IT department and partners for MarCom department

Staying current with software and browser upgrades and trends

Maintaining, enhancing, and tracking website metrics and keeping the marketing team informed of trends

Aiding in setting online performance goals as it relates to marketing objectives

Education/Experience:



4+ years in website development experience including proficiency in HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, mySQL, Drupal, web publishing, Flash, and Wordpress (Not all programs are required yet we are looking for who is flexible and can determine what is best for our sites.)

Proven track record of developing, maintaining, and growing websites

Experience in SEO and Web Analytics

Diligent, detail-oriented, results-focused self-starter with strong entrepreneurial work ethic

Team player with experience working as part of a small team

Independent worker who enjoys taking initiative and driving projects







Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge of:

Marketing, branding strategy, some writing/editing, blogging database management a plus

Target audience segmentation



Skill in:



HTML/DHTML, CSS, XML, PHP, mySQL

Google Analytics

Proficiency in web-authoring tools such as Drupal, Wordpress, Joomla

Adobe Creative Suite including Dreamweaver

Flash

JavaScript

JQuery or other programming languages (beneficial, but not required)

MS Sharepoint (beneficial, but not required) Ability to:

Work collaboratively in a team environment

Project management skills and adhere to tight deadlines

Troubleshoot and problem solve when answers aren’t obvious

Great verbal communication skills and basic writing skills
