This is a mid-level individual contributor job in Communications, supporting the design and production needs of our healthcare Client’s two major editorial platforms.

Skills and Experience necessary for this position:

- 2-10 years of experience in web

- Minimum education: college degree.

- Strong understanding of web design best practices and web usability concepts.

- Deep understanding of Content Management Systems, specifically WordPress and TeamSite.

- Mid to high-level HTML and CSS.

- Solid image editing skills; experience with Adobe Photoshop is a plus.

- Extremely high attention to detail

- Highly-collaborative team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision

- Ability to apply strategic thinking when developing creative, highly-engaging material

- Ability to simultaneously work on multiple tasks, manage to deadlines

- Ability to analyze web traffic stats, identify trends and suggest enhancements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Experience overseeing development teams or development vendors

- A penchant for seeking ways to simplify and improve the user experience

- Flexibility and agility, able to pivot on short notice

- Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
