QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the design direction and front-end development of web projects.
  • Design, code, and deploy regular marketing email campaigns.
  • Maintain company's digital asset management system.
  • Work with the marketing department on various design projects as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude to all co-workers and external customers.



  • Required Skills and Working Knowledge:
  • Standards-compliant and semantic HTML 5
  • CSS
  • Responsive web design techniques
  • WordPress (templates and plugins)
  • Adobe Photoshop


  • Desired Experience:
  • Front-end grid frameworks
  • Cross-browser compatibility (back to IE8)


  • EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
    Associate Degree or equivalent experience plus a minimum of 2-4 years of graphic design experience.

    LANGUAGE SKILLS
    Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

    MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
    Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

    REASONING ABILITY
    Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
