Our client creates iconic beauty brands by developing scientifically advanced clinically tested products designed to deliver real results for its more than 10 Million customers worldwide.

Since 2005, they've been the pioneer in 360 degree marketing, revolutionizing how customers access beauty solutions. Their beauty brands are sold online, TV, QVC, Print, Direct Mail as well as in retailers like Nordstrom, Ulta, Kohl’s and Costco.

We are currently looking for a direct response Web Designer to step in and pick up important projects working in a fast paced eCommerce environment. This role will have design responsibilities for email, banners and web sites. We need someone who designs promotional items that convert! Video editing experience a major plus. This role is critical in keeping the workflow moving in this growing design group. Depending on experience and ability the responsibilities and role can grow.

The Web Designer will report to the Director of Design and Development and work alongside two existing design resources. The group is looking to bolster internal design capabilities. Requests can run the gamete from simple color changes to full web page and promotional design to social program design concepts.

This role will interface daily with Marketing, Legal and IT to build and get items approved/revised. This role also may receive overflow work from the Retail group during crunch times.

A good designer will have:

 Solid understanding of direct response design: call to action, benefits, user interface, form fields, etc.
 Ability to iterate quickly based on marketing feedback and metrics
 The ability to hit due dates
 Work within a x-matrix team of marketer, coder & designer
 The ability to manage marketing requests, assets and project due dates
 Creating, editing and compressing images and graphics for website use.
 Creating templates of approved website layout
 Manage multiple business owners and their requests
 Promotionally oriented and love to build pages that convert customers
 Good and quick rather than perfect and slow


 Bachelor's degree (B.​A.​) in Marketing or related field
 2-4 years of direct response design
 Fully qualified on Photoshop
 Indesign experience a plus
 High skilled in Adobe Creative Suite
 Flash preferred
 Knowledge of HTML, JS and CSS a major plus
 Video editing a MAJOR plus
 A fantastic team player
