Core Responsibilities:

Responsible for overall website design and execution, as well as email blasts, banner advertisements, and landing pages
Create email and web banner campaigns that are in keeping with brand standards
Work with Marketing and cross functional teams in determining the usability goals of the website.
Participate in team meetings as well as external meetings with other web stakeholders.
Develop wireframes to communicate the design function of web pages
Work with third party agencies and developers to implement design
Art direction, oversight of digital brand as implemented on social media platforms
Perform quality assurance testing to verify the integrity of the user experience design
Day to day management of web request process, landing pages, regional microsites, site structure, templates, content and design updates and metadata integration
Develop new design solutions across web, tablet and mobile experiences



Qualifications:

Bachelors’ degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Digital Art or equivalent
Minimum 5 – 7 years digital marketing design
Fluent in HTML, CSS and e-mail production standards
Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator and image production applications
Fundamental understanding of Content Management Systems
Experience with large-scale, dynamic websites and/or e-commerce sites desired
Excellent project management skills required
Strong communication skills required
Strong teaming an collaboration skills required
