Our client is looking for a well-rounded professional with experience in designing, developing and maintaining web content on existing Internet sites. The ideal candidate will also be designing and developing promotional and transactional Customer e-mail communications. Additional responsibilities include providing creative digital solutions to meet Customer and business needs throughout the Company; demonstrating proficient understanding of Customer’s business through interaction to define, analyze and deliver Customer requirements; assist in ensuring digital communication consistency by determining visual design and copy and adhering to style guidelines; providing idea concepting and copywriting support for digital channels; applying technical skills to develop and support functionality enhancements within digital channels; apply best practices with regard to search engine optimization; compiles and communicates the publishing of static content, ensuring that changes and additions are published accurately and on time; serves as a liaison between internal Customers and Technology teams by helping with requirements gathering and web author training with regards to a Content Management System; works with outside agencies in a timely manner to maintain consistency of online communications to both the English and Spanish languages; provides cross-training in creative design, development and content management to internal Customers.
