Web Coordinator

Large Media and Entertainment company is seeking a Web Coordinator to join their TV network team. The Web Coordinator position is an entry level role. This is not a developer position, but is more of an asset coordinator role. Candidates with the required BA degree and fresh out of college could be considered.

Main focus on:
1) Strong knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
2) Proficient knowledge of HTML and CSS standards
3) Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, etc.) and MAC OS (Keynote). Definitely strong knowledge in using MAC/ Apple products since the content platform will be using this products.
4) Base knowledge of SalesForce application.

Duties:
• Provide daily support services, marketing and operational support to our Affiliate’s through our Company Brand Central application, BtoB site, Content and Asset Management Systems and Drupal administration sites.
• Provide support in content management and graphic distribution for network programming.
•Track and record creative notifications and incentives for all network programming across all Dayparts.
• Support with Marketing needs in SalesForce application.
• Support network co-branding and marketing initiatives.
• Alert management to potential issues with stations.
• Support for Network Branding Affiliate device called BrandNet.

Basic Qualifications
• Experience managing high functioning, high pressure creative office environment
• Thorough knowledge of the Social Media process
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator)
• Base knowledge of multi-platform distribution applications
• Base knowledge of Drupal or other Admin Panel site such as WordPress
• Proficient knowledge of HTML and CSS standards

Base knowledge of SalesForce application
• Minimum 1 year experience in a television, media or related entertainment environment with understanding of commonly-used terminology, roles and functions
• Assignments demonstrating strong organizational, presentation and record-keeping skills
• Demonstrated on-the job computer expertise
• Professional demeanor with strong verbal and written communication skills necessary to interface with affiliate stations and network personnel.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MAC OS (Keynote).

Presentation and Marketing/Promotional Experience.
• Wed Development.
• Knowledge of TV network and/or TV stations and multi-platform distribution.
• Understanding of local/national ratings, rankings and coverage.
• Understanding of internet social trends.

BA degree in Media, Marketing or equivalent work
