Contract: 4Months / M-F / 40hrs per week

DESCRIPTION: Our Fortune 500 retail client is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate e-commerce Producer to be a part of a new online division of the global retail company This candidate needs: to be a self-starter, an agent for change, a quick thinker, be able to embrace ambiguity and change and a person who knows how to get things done via cross-functional relationships.

GENERAL SUMMARY: A Producer partners with cross-functional online teams to manage production of seasonal marketing content, as well as producing other site and email marketing campaigns, cross channel and cross brand projects, and feature rollouts as needed. The Producer must be able to drive cross-functional teams to execute tasks and deliverables on time, ensuring that scope and schedule expectations are clearly defined. In addition to project management, the Producer works with the Senior Producer and cross-functional teams to define and evolve processes that address operational needs and improve efficiency – a constant opportunity for a growing team. Works to address site and tool issues, partnering with technical teams for resolution, and escalating to management when needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Drives communication of tasks and milestones related to marketing campaigns to cross-functional owners within the brand. Responds quickly to change in scope or schedule, providing guidance to functional areas on both technical impacts and timelines. Monitor progress of deliverables on seasonal calendar, notifying manager of any issues or delays in schedule.
•Maintains deadlines and negotiates alternative plans as needed.
• Works with Site Management and other IT partners to facilitate resolution and communicate updates to brand teams.
•Drives results through direct reports to ensure all projects are completed on time, and accurately. Provides coaching and guidance to develop direct report whenever needed.
•Serves as back-up to Sr. Producer when needed for staffing or leading cross-functional meetings.
•Partners regularly and creates teams with members of functional areas including Marketing, Buying, Creative, Retail, Photo Studio, Web Content Development, Product Management and IT.
