This client's Logistics team provides supply chain and logistics services to a number of teams within. To help manage the day-to-day operations, manage processes and engage with their partner they maintain a host of standard process documentation, a team website and regular communications. We are seeking a communications professional who can manage their (intranet) web presence, help craft templates and content for process documents and manage regular communications to the team and the organization. This role requires a good combination of technical skills, strong verbal and written communication, and enjoy bringing order to chaos. The successful candidate will help build out the new team site, manage standard templates, support the team in crafting documents and manage various communication channels on a daily basis.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Creating and maintaining team intranet site: organizing site layout, collecting and curating content and ensuring information is up-to-date.
- Creating templates for standard process documents, presentations and communications for the team to use.
- Ensure regular, scheduled communications are being prepared and distributed by team members for various projects and programs

Required Skills:
- BS in Communications or related discipline.
- 3-4 years of experience in a web content or content editor role
- 2+ years of experience with gSuite Apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc) or 5+ years with any Office suite
- Outstanding collaboration, interpersonal communication.
- Ability to work in a team environment.

Nice to have's:
- Industry experience, knowledge in Supply Chain and Logistics
- 2+ years of experience with Google Sites, specifically creating and maintaining sites
