This position provides support for the design, development, and publishing of content for large non-profit client here in DC. The talent will be responsible for working with internal consultants for content, ensuring overall quality and consistency of standards. Also assists with technical assistance for client site as needed.
• Works with internal consultants to understand needs, assess critical information and create web design as needed.
• Provides technical assistance for the development, coordination, and promotion of content on client site. Coordinates with administrator to ensure overall quality and consistency of online content and standards, including accessibility.

• Actively monitors technical functions of site troubleshoots, and resolves problems. Transitions new web-content when system upgrades take place.
• Responsible for producing, modifying, and removing online content.
• Monitors assigned content areas, identifies content modifications, and notifies consultant to maintain accuracy of HR and assigned content on site.
• Develops, design, and implements treatments that are web-effective and user friendly.
The candidate must:
• Use judgment about how to deliver on multiple assignments to meet deadlines and accomplish assigned work duties and responsibilities;
• Keep clients, colleagues, and managers informed about the status of work and the compliance of clients with the agreed upon process;
• Make determinations and offer advice about how best to display content on the web;
• Maintain assigned sites with all the complexity that is involved in updating, linking, and maintaining consistency;
• Have extremely good web and graphic design and basic technical skills;
