Web Content Publisher

The Web Content Publisher works closely with our client's Communications Team to publish content to our client's website .

Primary Responsibilities:
• Implement multiple aspects content updates, of varying levels of complexity, duration, and size, including:
o Stage web content, manage user acceptance testing, and publish approved web content to Teamworks to meet required timelines.
o Schedule, edit, test, review, and send email messages to various audiences.

• Assist existing Implementation team on other communications projects as necessary.

Basic qualifications:
2+ years experience in implementation with an additional
3+ years experience in project management or implementation.

Minimum qualifications:
• Strong understanding of the SharePoint CMS publishing environment, including file uploads, list management, page creation, navigation and scheduling.
• Basic HTML skills, allowing for the possibility of making layout edits that are outside the scope of the CMS editing tools.
• Basic understanding of page layout and document structure such as headlines, subheads, bulleted and numbered lists, table structure, and typography.
• Ability to work with clients on tight deadlines and under unpredictable and shifting deadlines.
• Ability to work with team members who may be far away in terms of both geography and time.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and process management skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate with others, initiate action and adapt to change.
• Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.

Preferred skills:
• Bachelor degree
• Large enterprise experience
