The Web Content / Project Manager researches, leads, creates, manages, and implements online digital marketing initiatives. This role will collaborate with marketing strategists, stakeholders, user interface designers, external agencies, product managers, and technology partners to create and execute an exceptional online experience. Excellent understanding of analytics, user interface design, web content management fundamentals and usability is necessary.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Partnership -Act as a consultant, providing direction on best practices for online experience solutions to clients and partners based on their online needs. -Proactively meet with partners to advise, schedule, manage and implement projects and content updates for company site. Use web content management system-Develop web page content, navigation, functionality, look and feel that supports the partner’s business objective while maintaining site and standards. This will include partnering with technology, product managers, compliance, designers, and external agencies and vendors. -Enhance company site user experience - work with site editor, vendor and partners to implement best in class solutions, summarize and communicate findings and recommendations. Communications -Proactively conduct and communicate industry research in order to stay current on best practices in digital marketing and web user experience, competitor user interface designs, and emerging technologies. -Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and copy proofing and editing skills. Reporting & Analysis -Measure success of promotions and projects by determining and executing website analytics requirements – partner with web analytics team to provide standard reporting and interpretation to partners.General -Proactively drive issues / defects to resolution.
