We are seeking a Content Management Product Manager who participates in providing content management and UI support for our client's Web presence. This work primarily involves fulfilling content requests (HTML, CSS, Content Authoring and Content Deployments) and enhancing the authoring toolset. The Web Content Manager works closely with technical resources to produce robust content management capabilities for use by employees and vendors in delivering the content and applications on client's web presence.


Responsibilities:
• We are seeking a Content Management Specialist/Web Interface Developer to provide content management and UI coding support for client's Web presence.

This work involves content entry to manually coded xml configuration files and coding, testing, and debugging for the web presentation layer using HTML and CSS.


Responsibilities:

• Content entry, including manually coded html, to xml configuration files
• Manually coding, testing, and debugging HTML and CSS according to internal standards, guidelines and in accordance with industry best practices
• Translating visual designs into completed HTML pages while adhering to design specifications
• Ensuring cross-browser compatibility and compliance with accessibility guidelines
• Collaborating with editors, designers, application developers, and project managers on project work


Qualifications:
• Accuracy, reliability, and excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in handcoded XML, HTML & CSS
• Solid understanding of cross browser compatibilities
• Ability to work with little supervision, with tight timelines and with competing priorities
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with coding for accessibility (WCAG 2.0) a plus
• Experience with TeamSite or other enterprise content management systems a plus
• Knowledge of JavaScript a plus
• Experience with IBM WebSphere Portal or like middleware & JSP a plus


Education/Training:

4-year degree in a related discipline preferred
