Web Content Manager

Our healthcare client is looking for a rockstar web content manager to collaborate with the lead content strategist, UX and development teams to create a quality site experience.

-Responsible for supporting intranet sites and public sites.
-Act as point of contact for all new content requests.
-Align new content to the defined content strategy, brand voice, and editorial guidelines.
-Publish content updates — including text, images, and documents — on SharePoint and AEM.
-Add appropriate tracking mechanisms and manage tracking tags for all site links. Communicate status of content to stakeholders.

● Analyze web traffic and use the information to make recommendations for site, theme,
and campaign improvements.
● Develop a web analytics strategy, benchmarks and reports.
● Partner with vendors and content contributors on improving SEO through code, content
and connectivity.
● Work with business partners to update and maintain content on Kaiser Permanente’s
Intranet and Public Relations site.
● Test system and site enhancements.


Background: -Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-5+ years of experience developing user-centered web content for multiple channels.
-Experience publishing content in a CMS — bonus points for SharePoint and AEM knowledge.
-Proactive and independent, with strong collaboration skills and an eye fo
-Strong organizational skills with proven experience working on multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Working knowledge of HTML, Microsoft Word (including Track Changes), and Microsoft Excel is required.
-Experience with digital design, content strategy, and information architecture principles is highly desired.
-Knowledge of financial services, HR, or related industries is a plus.
