Web Content Implementation Manager

Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is looking for a Web Content Implementation Manager to consults with marketing product managers, project managers, and project teams for successful implementation planning, solution preparation, delivery to the field, and measurement of initiatives that are highly complex and strategic in nature. In addition this person will be responsible for creating and publishing online content using a variety of content management systems.

This role is both strategic and tactical.

Responsibilities:
• Manage a team member marketing site, published on Sharepoint. Work closely with product/marketing managers to plan for site enhancements and content changes, consult with product/marketing managers, liaison with the Portal team to develop new pages, help write and coordinate approvals with product teams and publish the new content to the site.
• Consult with product teams to understand their year round strategy to market to team members, consult on effective communication methods that support their goals, document and track communication deliverables in detailed timelines and a comprehensive calendar, liaison with internal communications to develop the communications, manage the review and approval process with product teams and manage deliverables so they are on time and align to the original communications strategy.
• Create and publish online financial education quizzes on a sharepoint site. Identify topics, source material and draft questions and answers. Manage review and approvals with SMEs, edit final quiz to be accurate and grammatically correct, publish and track and analyze results.

Basic qualifications
• Hands on experience staging, testing, and deploying (publishing) online content using a variety of content management systems. Familiarity with Open Text and SharePoint necessary.
• Basic knowledge of both SharePoint 2007 and/or higher and HTML
• 4+ years’ experience in implementation with an additional 3+ years’ experience in project management or implementation.
• Experience writing presentations and internal communication materials
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Self-starter with demonstrated relationship building and collaboration skills.
• Strong influencing skills and flexibility to manage projects in an ambiguous environment
• Self-directed, ability to drive and lead communication initiatives
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Highly effective communication skills.
