The copywriter for Integrated Retail and Member Experience will be responsible for developing content and copy which support simple, elegant and seamless experiences that connect all customer touch points – email, online, in-store and mobile. The candidate will foster a culture of innovation and creativity by bringing a new way of thinking & writing principles.

In this role, you will need to interpret the objectives of each project and efficiently develop copy and content executions, which communicate customer-focused messages to drive communication and sales. Additionally, this person needs to continually increase the creative benchmark and stay up to date on channel best practices, setting new standards to elevate the customer experience.

A candidate with the skill set our client will love:
- You have multi-channel experience. You can build stories that map the customer experience across all touch points (online, mobile, email, social media, in-store) in such a way that it provides a seamless customer experience.
- You are able to relate to, understand and write for different audiences, especially if they are different from yourself.
- You have an appreciation for analytics and measurement, which would enable you to continuously learn and improve.
- You are passionate for grammar, punctuation and wordplay, and have a command of AP Style.
- You have strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
- You can work in a fast paced environment - conceptualize, write, test, measure, learn and iterate.
- Three to six years ‘ experience in planning, writing and editing copy
- Bachelors or graduate degree in English, marketing, journalism, advertising or a related field.
- Proficiency with Mac or Windows MS Office (i.e. Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, Excel).
- Experience crafting effective messaging strategies, themes, triggers and value propositions.

Other desirable skills:
• Familiarity with A/B multivariate testing, merchandising, SEM, PR, usability, interactive design, publication design, market research and writing for blogs/blog-marketing.
