The Education Web Associate responsibilities include:
• Create and edit text and image content for Education & Academic Affairs web pages and intranet site using content management system (CMS)
• Recommend improvements and enhancements to existing website
• Review user content submissions for approval and publishing to the website
• Develop and link to website a variety of educational formats including Podcasts,
E-Newsletters and Audio Capture
• Develop on-line marketing vehicles
• Design banner advertising and announcements
• Support branding and marketing of e-learning programs
• Assist Director with oversight of CMS assignments of Assistant Design Coordinator
• Track and report usage trends of the Education & Academic Affairs website and marketing efforts
• Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with other departments and customers including user support
• Act as the liaison between Education & Academic Affairs and Internal Web Team
• Knowledge of Social Platforms such as Twitter, Facebook and Linkedin
• Photograph programs, people and activities to build division image library for web, print and documentation of projects

• Bachelor's degree in communications, interactive media or related field
• Experience with content management systems such as Red Dot and knowledge of coding HTML and CSS including understanding of capabilities and constraints is required (pc platform)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, excellent understanding of Photoshop a must
• Outstanding written and excellent oral communication skills including experience in writing, editing and proofing content for the web
• Excellent understanding of web usability and navigation
• Good understanding of, experience or strong interest in health issues
• Ability to multitask and work in a deadline-driven environment
