The role is for a web analyst with around 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role. Google Analytics experience is essential, from both an implementation (GTM) and reporting/analysis perspective. Candidate will also possess experience of using Adobe Analytics with exposure to report builder, ad-hoc analysis and workspace. The successful candidate will join a team of 10 data planners and analysts and would report to a Web Analyst.

    Person Specification

  • A confident, well presented individual with a good grounding in web analytics and digital marketing, preferably gained in an agency environment

  • Strong client-facing skills are not essential, but would be welcomed

  • A proven ability to provide a professional service to all internal and external


  • The right candidate will be enthusiastic, have excellent task and time management skills with strong attention to detail

  • A proactive individual who can spot opportunities for new work and adopt a pragmatic approach to problem solving

    Required experience:

  • Good knowledge of web analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics

  • Knowledge of optimisation tools, particularly Google Optimize and Optimizely desirable but not essential

  • Solid understanding of GTM is required

  • Experience in communicating implementation requirements to developers is


  • Advanced ability in MS Excel, competent in PowerPoint and Word

  • Evidence of generating actionable insight in a collaborative environment

  • Website performance reporting to various stakeholders – e.g. campaign tracking, dashboard creation using Excel or other tools (e.g. Tableau)

  • Any previous experience working with an automotive client is desirable but not essential
