Web Analyst

The Web Analyst will help gather the requirements, extract metrics from Site Catalyst, data warehouse & Discover for customer behavior and conversion for all web channels. (.com, mobile etc). The analyst must have strong experience in web analytics tools such as Omniture (SiteCatalyst, Discover etc) or related products such as Webtrends, Coremetrics etc.

Requirements
The Web Analyst will work on a team which provides site activity and traffic analysis to Business and Project Managers. Key areas of focus of this role include regular reporting and analysis, and ad hoc requests. Experience with designing and analyzing online surveys also desired.


Responsibilities
Create and distribute reports on page/section performance metrics. Create new reports and/or incorporate new data within existing reports. Analyze traffic and conversion metrics and prepare ad hoc reports that highlight key metrics and trends. Deliver stakeholder business insights.

Skills
2+ years' experience in the analysis of marketing, sales, and web site behavior.
Solid understanding of online analytics metrics and terminology is necessary. Experience with a web analytics tool is required. Adobe Analytics (formerly SiteCatalyst) is preferred.
High level of computer literacy with spreadsheets and database software and/or business systems is required (Access, Excel, Business Explorer).
Excellent organizational, analytical, problem solving, and communication skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and solve data problems and inconsistencies is required.
Experience with designing and analyzing online surveys a plus.
