Web Analyst

B2B Web Analyst is responsible for analyzing data, making actionable recommendations effectively communicating key findings to senior management and operational teams. This position requires strong prioritization and effective communication skills.

-The ideal candidate needs to have the ability to intake massive amount of information, highlight what’s important and why, and provide recommendations and solutions to the issue in a clear and concise manner
-Must be strategic in approach and produce key insights that drive change.
-Must be able to present results in a way that is meaningful to various business units, operational teams, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
-This position will produce weekly/ monthly reporting and constantly improve existing reporting templates and methods
-Produce weekly/monthly reports of on-site performance, customer traffic, conversion, promotions, customer satisfaction, etc.
-Conduct proactive deep dive analyses
-Complete many ad hoc requests in a timely manner
-Present findings to key stakeholders
-Partner with various cross-functional teams to analyze promotional, marketing, and lead-gen performance AND STRATEGIES and make recommendations to enhance their performance
-Advocate for online tests, measure their results and effectively communicate key findings
-Define tagging requirements
-Coordinate with scrum teams to ensure enhancements are completed
-Effectively balance strategic tagging enhancements with business needs
-Other duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be required and/or assigned as necessary.
-Responsible for creating and maintaining workflow document(s) for analytics requests
