• Develop and implement innovative programming and content mechanisms that integrate the appropriate data and drive measurable business results (high engagement, traffic and revenue)
• Leverage a comprehensive base of knowledge and enthusiasm for entertainment, history and cultural connections for the benefit of our customers and partner relationships
• Contribute towards elevating our team's clarity & efficiency - ie. editorial management systems, collaborative workflows
• Act in a diligent and professional manner with peers and partners, while being assertive and direct

Day-to-day and week-to-week tasks:
• Review & implement the business manager's 1st & 3rd party content priorities
• Review & implement promotional campaigns
• Participate in calls with external content partners
• Maintain relationships with internal partners (business, marketing, programming)
• Maintain calendar that outlines specific content business & marketing priorities including where/when those priorities will surface across programming real estate
• Execute weekly programming & editorial that is timely, engaging and appropriately meets business, marketing & programming objectives
• Work within deadlines and processes created to ensure on-time publishing (localization, art, etc.)
• Manage art & design requests (acquisition, requests for processing, design briefs)
• Review & understand business analytics and competitive intelligence reports in order to continue to raise quality and success of programming decisions
• Adhere to and contribute to the evolution of the programming site manual & style guide
• Participate in live QA'ing of content on a regular basis
