WEB CONTENT EDITOR

We are looking for a web content editor for our Global Athletic Footwear client. As the Web Content Editor, you’ll organize and assign content work supporting two of our global internal solutions:
Knowledge Base and intranet Website. You will oversee all Knowledge Base and Website content efforts, review proposed content requests and assign content work to Content Curators within your team, post content in content
platforms based on style guild, and send notifications of content postings (new, change, archive). You will also manage the content project and promotional calendars, run regular content review reports and assign content
reviews to Content Curators for validation and relevancy, and work closely with our analytics resources to determine
content improvement opportunities.

Requirements for the position include:
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or Public Relations, or 2 additional
years of equivalent work experience in lieu of degree required
 Minimum of three years publishing content in web content management systems required (Drupal and/or
Wordpress a plus)
 Minimum of 3-5 years in Knowledge Base management and content posting desired (Experience with
RightNow a strong plus)
 Strong analyst and project management experience
 Strong attention to detail and process orientation
 Ability to easily learn new technologies and tools
 Experience writing, designing and publishing web pages/web content in HTML
 Ability to identify content improvement opportunities based on multiple insight channels
 Experience working in an Internal Communications, Employee Communications or Human Resources role
strongly preferred
 Demonstrated good judgment and discretion in handling sensitive information, content, etc.
 Advanced understanding of appropriate software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Project) and
text-based HTML editors
 Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
 Ability to work independently; organize and prioritize short- and long-term projects with daily action items
 Ability to multi-task effectively with large work volumes and work well under pressure
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Ability to work flexible schedule when needed to support a global organization and global content posting
