A global beauty brand is looking for an intermediate visual/graphic digital designer who has strong concepting skills.
You will be working on rebranding, the reward programs, large holiday campaigns, landing and home pages, emails, social media, and other digital assets. This position will directly report to the Art Director.
• Design highly elevated creative for Site and Brand Pages, Social Platforms, Marketing Communications/Emails
• Create unique and consistent digital campaigns
• Push the creative for innovative templates while partnering with both Editorial and Marketing teams
• Concept for larger campaign pitches with visual mood boards
• Present work to the senior team
• Meet with team daily to status and check-in on all projects
• Take initiative in working closely with all cross-functional teams
• Manage a design creative and build a mini team to move swiftly
• Work on multiple projects concurrently, ensuring deliverables are achieved on time while maintaining the highest quality
• Establish the design parameters, specifications, for assigned design projects
• Generate assets based on undeveloped and existing creative directions for on-line applications and site development
