Visual/Graphic Designer - Beauty

A Fortune 500 beauty brand is looking for a visual/graphic designer with 2-4+ years of experience. This person will be responsible for supporting the creative development and execution of marketing campaigns and collateral programs for one of the brand's retail partnerships, from concept to execution, across all media. The designer will focus predominantly on digital campaigns while also creating relevant print content to bring a holistic approach to the design. They will collaborate and work closely with the Art Director to develop campaigns and align the look and feel to existing brand standards, while continuing to innovate new template designs to further engage clients. 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: 
• Partners with Art Director to develop and execute marketing campaign concepts across media including, but not limited to: digital campaigns, emails, banners, social, print collateral and event material 
• Has a thorough understanding of typography and graphic design; ensures all facets adhere to brand guidelines 


• Supports Art Director by: 
o Following and integrating design direction and standards for various channels (digital and print) throughout all phases of development and production 
o Driving own work and keeping manager informed on progress of assignments. Manages and executes projects on time with the highest quality standards 
o Partnering closely with Art Director and Designers to ensure a 360 holistic project approach 
o Partnering with Marketing and Program Management; understanding/meeting project objectives and timelines 
o Ensure projects deadlines are being met
