Visual designers, looking for a challenge & a passion for wearable tech. You will be working with the UX team to drive the visual design process to create exciting and polished products; Responsible for the visual presentation of the user interface so it easy to use and understand at a glance. Working on a permanent basis you will be looking for a role that offers ownership and end to end involvement on projects.

You will join the Fitness Product team which is at the forefront of product design and innovation in GPS enabled sports watches. You will work with the UX team and stakeholders in Fitness to create amazing and polished products in the broad Fitness ecosystem including:

Sports watches (and wearables) with small 1-bit screens
Rich internet applications
Mobile applications
Desktop applications

Working with the UX/interaction team to come up with cutting-edge user interfaces; Creating pixel perfect layouts, guidelines and assets; Collaborating to develop concepts and create visual prototypes via storyboards, mock-ups, or other prototyping tools; Collaborating to develop concepts and create visual prototypes via storyboards, mock-ups, or other prototyping tools; Presenting design ideas to stakeholders; Generating and maintaining visual style guides for our products; Documenting visual specifications for software teams to implement;

You will be the team’s advocate for branding and style consistency across all platforms liaising with the Brand team;Inspire co-workers and collaborate with them to produce inventive, thoughtful, relevant work.

Requirements: 3 years’ of experience in designing for the web or software applications;

Formal education in Graphic or Digital Design; Outstanding portfolio that includes web, rich internet applications and demonstrates a variety of styles;

Active engagement with sports and fitness; Expert in Adobe Creative Suite;

Relentless attention to consistency and detail;

Familiar with best practices for UI design, with particular understanding of touch interfaces and designing for multiple screen resolutions;

The ability to create interactive prototypes is a plus; Excellent time-management and prioritisation skills with the ability to multi-task across projects;

Ability to communicate effectively with User Experience Architects, Product Managers and Engineers;

Have a passion for technology and gadgets in general; Fluency in English (verbal, read, write).
