Visual Merchandising Coordinator - 6 Month FTC

This focus of this role is to co’ordinate all visual merchandising activity associated with the delivery of the VM and store design strategy across key brands. Key to this role is providing comprehensive guidelines to our counter/store teams in EMEA. There is also an operational accountability to the new “door” openings and supporting both our local Marketing team and the Sales Team.
The role reports into the International Sales Director EMEA & ASIA (based in London), with a dotted line to the Senior Director, Product Development and Marketing (based in NY). Working alongside the PR and Marketing team and supporting the brands Marketing Manager during peak times and on key projects. Willingness to travel frequently within EMEA (approx. 20% of time)

Key Accountabilities:

Creative
 Work with the UK/US Visual Merchandising and Marketing teams in determining specific visual needs, such as fixtures, graphics and point of sale materials for department stores, multi stores, and travel retail etc.
 Design and develop visual merchandising updates for all channels, from brief through to production, ensuring consistency with brand image, within budgetary parameters and to retailer specification
 Liaise with suppliers to create prototypes, mock-ups and final product for review in final concept meeting with key stakeholders
 Create and maintain planograms for all VM fixtures and update for each launch

Operational
 Partner with external suppliers/shop fitters in the provision of counter maintenance to an exceptional level with issues resolved swiftly
 Attend and merchandise key doors installations/refits coordinating between all key stakeholders
 Lead regular field visits to ensure that all visual implementation in-store is of a high standard and within brand image guidelines
