- This is a 2 Day A Week Position - Possibly Turn Into 3 Days a Week, 8 hours a day for 6 months

This assignment is working onsite with a high profile fashion brand to help design their new office space. Once our client has established themselves with the client it could expand to their entire 3,000,000 sq ft office. Will work closely with Senior Major Account Manager


  • Design all cubicles, benching, and offices in accordance with standards, specials and design requests.
  • Produce specifications with all options listed and discounting applied.
  • Both plans and specifications shall have specials appropriately specified for quote/ order entry.
  • Spec checks should include review and verification of product details. Including…
  • Grommet style, finish and locations
  • Wood grain direction
  • Lock core finish, quantities, and matching lock core numbers
  • Applicable up charges for specials (Some are manually entered)
  • Appropriate hardware style and finish
  • Appropriate edge profile detail
  • Appropriate “special” number listed in specs
  • Appropriate details and pricing of specials listed in correct format
  • Please provide a labor quote in accordance with instructions provided in FQO.
  • Verify that all pdfs, dwgs, sp4s and sif files provided are correct and complete


  • Provide project coordination services to this account
  • Coordinate and track punch list ordering, scheduling and completion with order processing, project management and furniture operations.
  • Facilitating weekly project and order status reviews.
  • Maintaining all Quote Order Status reports, revising the report accordingly, keeping it up to date and emailing the report to appropriate parties on a weekly basis.
  • Schedule all deliveries with operations and the client, coordinate appropriate on site contacts for delivery, and confirm all deliveries on operations conference calls.
  • Maintain Eco Reports, revise the report accordingly, and emailing the report to appropriate parties on a monthly basis.


  • Planning, budgeting and managing all this account
  • Conduct all site reviews and field measures, as required
  • Conduct pre-punch and final punch walk throughs, as required
  • Conduct spec-checks on all potential orders. (prior to ordering)
  • Maintain and handle all punch list items and installations, to completion and close out
