Visual Marketing Designer

A hot medical device start-up is looking for a Visual Marketing Designer to you work on creating visually engaging and innovative web-based and traditional marketing designs. The Visual Designer will create engaging and original designs that reflect business requirements, support marketing needs, and are technically feasible. You enjoy bringing concepts to life, cultivating bonds between customers and brands.

You will be reporting to the Creative Director and work closely with the VP of Marketing as well as product managers.

What you'll be doing:
-Craft graphic elements, assets, and visual treatments that adapt and flow with responsive design systems.
-Partner with front-end developers and create HTML and CSS-friendly designs.
-Be the keeper of the brand look and feel and ensure all creative broadcast across all channels lives up to the highest quality of the company’s visual standards.
-Create an array of marketing assets: emails, website pages, landing pages, marketing collateral, flyers, Facebook ads, banner ads, etc
-Work with different creative agencies on deliverables
-Support the UI and app team with iconography and other design as needed


Experience & Qualifications
-4+ years of experience in visual design of digital products
-Exceptional ability in graphic design and typography, preferably with experience in digital consumer products
-Understanding of branding as it relates to user experience
-Exposure to retail package design and retail sales displays
-Superb ability to apply a brand's look and feel across web, mobile, and online assets
-A strong portfolio of work
