Visual Designer (B2B/Marketing)

The client is a growing startup that provides enterprise level software that delivers on-demand personalized comfort and productivity in the workplace. They are looking for a Visual Designer to bring their brand to life in compelling print and digital collateral. You will join their team for a part-time start and temp-to-hire role, onsite in Downtown Oakland, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Working with our marketing team to understand audience, goal, and motivation behind all content
- Collaborating with marketing team members and fellow designers to execute brand-consistent application of our visual identity across every touchpoint with our customers and users (white papers, product collateral, case studies, video) in support of marketing activity across various channels (blog, email, ads, website, social media, brochures, etc.)
- Working with fellow designers to maintain and improve our brand guidelines and ensure consistent, high quality implementation of them everywhere
- Creating visual assets for marketing website improvements and marketing campaigns.
- Generating creative concepts for for marketing, advertising and promotions.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN:
- 1-3 years in graphic/visual, print, and digital design
- Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
- Strong typography and iconography work
- Sharing your work and taking in feedback and ideas from other team members to the benefit of the design
- B2B enterprise, marketing experience
