Visual Communications Associate/Project Manager (Bilingual)

Key Responsibilities:
- Serves as the primary point of contact within the studio
- Responsible for managing project intake and disseminating projects from the client to the appropriate resources within the creative team.
- Maintains and enhances existing client relationships, as well as the identification and growth of new relationships
- Reaches out to potential clients within the company

Daily Responsibilities
- Schedule/attend project kickoff, creative review and status meetings with clients, accurately recording meeting notes (feedback or approvals, next steps, etc.)
- Lead coordination of all creative projects (packaging, pop/pos, in-store, print/digital communications, etc.),
including communicating marketing objectives and concerns to creative team
- Collaborates with the team on creative recommendations, supporting design and copy mandatories, etc.
- Assign projects to design team by matching skill sets and experience with client needs
- Liaise between clients and creative team to answer questions and provide additional details as requested by
creative team in order to most effectively meet client goals
- Evaluate concepts and executed creative to ensure they meet client goals and expectations as communicated via
project briefs
- Manage overall design for (Assigned Division) packaging, POS, etc., including storage and ordering of POS materials
- Support Visual Communications Manager (Creative Director) in carrying out overall divisional creative vision
- Scan resources and routinely communicate with proper channels to identify and execute NUSA packaging initiatives
- Source/contract vendors and purchase materials for projects
- Travel as needed to service offsite clients and support team objectives
