• Responsible for all video, audio, and motion graphic production - including concepting, storyboarding, planning, shooting, organization and lighting of video shoots, creating graphics, editing, color correction, compression and encoding of videos, and digital asset management.
• Manage and act as a single point of contact for all aspects of production and provide oversight of any associated budgets
• Define and manage video production and post-production processes to effectively manage video project workflow, timelines, project direction, production budget and quality and timeliness of final deliverables
• Ensure creative assets adhere to brand guidelines and voice

• Has 7-10 years minimum of experience in video production spanning a range of projects and budgets - and has skills with shooting, editing, motion graphics and other post-production in an agency or corporate environment
• Has a desire and passion to tell good stories, with a portfolio and/or demo reel of outstanding creative work
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and/or Final Cut Pro
• Has technical knowledge of editing systems, sound design, color correction, video production and codec compression standards
• Ability to personally shoot/edit quick turn-around internal use video
• Is aware of current advertising trends, creative production and editing tools - and can make recommendations as to equipment/software needed for the role
• Can collaborate across departments and stakeholders, and is experienced with corporate review and approval processes for big brand creative work
• Has experience with vendor negotiations and budget management, and can maintain a database of resources for production needs
• Can be available to travel when required to complete projects
• Bachelor’s Degree in communications or electronic media preferred
All applicants must provide a URL to a portfolio/reel of relevant work. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
