Video/Photography Coordinator

Our client's Global Brand Design Department is looking for a self-motivated individual to join the Video / Photography Production team. Candidate must be extremely confident of juggling multiple projects and tasks with tight deadlines. Must have a high degree of attention to detail and able to quickly familiarize themselves with client’s 9 lifestyle brands, including each brand’s standards and video / photography guidelines.

Video Roles & Responsibilities:
Work closely with our Video Production Creative and Project Management team to develop, create and produce videos
Overall Project Management support
- Data entry in 10,000ft (Brand Design PM tool), tracking hours, setting up projects and calendars (3 hours)
- Participate in planned client meetings and video review sessions (3 hours)
Organize new content through media conversion, ingestion and input of metadata into Digital Asset Management system – CatDV (15 hours)
Handle requests for multi-platform video files including web, DVD, webinars/webcasts, conferences (3 hours)
Perform minor video editing tasks (3 hours)
Support and assist production on video shoots (1 hour)
Support in sourcing and vetting vendors for global video production, communicating brand guidelines (2 hours)
Reviewing global video submissions for approval (2 hours)

Photography Roles & Responsibilities
1. Run LRA audits and upcoming Expirations reports to assess yearly, quarterly photography needs. Report to Field/Divisions – 5-10 hours (monthly) – 2 hrs a week
2. Work with hotels to evaluate current photography assets and establish list of assets to shoot. Coordinate with properties, field marketing, and photographer to schedule shoots. Review Local Photographer submissions. Assist other divisions. Preparation for Preproduction call – 10 hours (weekly)
3. Run NAD Pre-production calls – 8-12 hours (weekly)
4. Assist property with workflow process with submissions, ProofHQ and posting. Assist properties with submission, ProofHQ reviews and posting workflow. Work with avVenta in processing – 5-10 hours (weekly)
5. Manage Shoot schedule calendar, coordinate with new build, field marketing for opening, transitioning and renovating hotels. Create and own the master compliance schedule for properties (2014-5 hours weekly)
6. Misc. Photography and Special Projects – 5-10 hours

2014 Projects
• Work with Field Marketing and Divisional Teams for proactive communication. Follow Activations/transitions/renovations calendar and send notifications approaching property events
1. Photography Program
a. Review new builds and transitions. Reach out to properties in advance of expirations and photo shoot need to inform and educate then on the process and standards. Track process and progress.
b. Develop a Calendar for new builds, transitions and renovations, expirations
c. Photo style guides: review and update photos, info to make up-to-date using best possible examples and information from best practices.
d. Auditing Process: Review future project for StarQA/SAL cooperation in property waivers (renovations, weather, political conditions). Set up workflow for documenting waivers for all photography extensions and concessions.
2. Brand/Divisional Projects

Skills and Experience:
4 year degree + excellent verbal and written communication skills
3+ years working in video/film production
In-depth knowledge of the video production process (Pre-production, Production and Post-Production)
Knowledge of editing software - Final Cut Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, AVID
Strong interpersonal skills/able to manage diverse opinions. Customer friendly communication
