Video platform tech partner support-SPANISH

Our Client, the leading technology brand and a video platform owner is recruiting for the 6 months temporary long term role in their central London office.

SPANISH LANGUAGE AND SQL SKILLS ARE A MUST. PREFERABLY VIDEO PLATFORM KNOWLEDGE AND HTML UNDERSTANDING.

 

Our Client’s Technology Solutions Organization is dedicated to developing and managing the company's largest and most strategic partnerships. We work with teams across the platform to address our partners' most pressing and complex technology challenges. This team lead deployments, optimize implementations, and handle integrations to build strong, successful and long-term partnerships. 

As a Technical Solutions Specialist, you will work closely with the platform’s Partner Technology Managers to provide outstanding support for cutting edge products, solutions and APIs. At it’s core, you will help on-board content partners on the platform. Your responsibilities will be to provide in-depth technical assistance to partners and analyse and escalate advanced technical issues to the appropriate teams. You may also be required to build technical training materials, deliver technical trainings, help partners improve existing video operations. 

Key Responsibilities: 
-Provide proactive and reactive technical support to the Partners, including working with internal stakeholders to help resolve complex technical issues. 
-Obtain a broad understanding of our Client’s product technology, in-depth knowledge of the video Player, Content Ingestion Methods and platform’s APIs. 
-Act as a liaison between partners, technology managers, account managers and other internal and external teams. 
-Deliver technical trainings to educate partners about platform’s products and solutions. 
-Build and maintain internal dashboards to monitor partners performance. 
-Collect partner feedback (bugs and feature requests) for product and engineering teams. 

Minimum qualifications: 
-BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience. 
-Engineering and client-facing experience with some coding experience. 
-Experience with HTML, SQL, JavaScript, XML and HTTP protocols. 
-Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically 

Preferred qualifications: 
-Proficiency in a second language, in particular Spanish. 
-Knowledge of Online Video Platforms
-Technical troubleshooting experience for complex and demanding partners. 
-Detail oriented, effective communicator. Good organizational capacity, thrives in ambiguity, and with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
-Basic knowledge of mobile application development in Android and/or iOS.
