Video Support Specialist

My client is an online social networking service. They currently have an exciting new opening for a Media Support Coordinator to start a contract on 07/03/2016 until 03/02/2017. The day rate would be £157.

This role would be working within the Media Operations team, they connect people with the public figures and media they care about, their main mission is to improve the media content by enhancing graph quality, creating a great support system for their publishers and delivering product insights.

You will get to work directly with media partners, provide support, take feedback and general communication management, you will also be heavily involved in executing outreach campaigns to create and sustain current and new partnerships.

Key responsibilities:
* Become an expert in the support experience for public figures and media companies.
* Recommend products and solutions and assist partners with implementation of new tools and products

Requirements:
* BA or BS Degree or higher
* Comfortable offering customer support over the phone and live at events
* 1+ years of experience in online operations, communications or customer service
* Able to prioritise when juggling multiple responsibilities on behalf of multiple partners
* Deep understanding of the business/publisher/non-profit landscapes and a passion for content
* 1+ years of experience working with an agency, or directly from within Entertainment strongly preferred
* Spanish or Portuguese language skills would be preferred
