Video Project Manager

We're looking for a project manager to help drive and execute several video related projects. This position demands a background in both technology and project management. As the project manager, your responsibilities include:
• Creating and executing project plans
• Working closely with clients
• Collaborating with vendors and cross-functional project teams
• Facilitating team and vendor meetings effectively
• Effectively communicating relevant project information to all stakeholders
• Resolving and/or escalating issues timely
• Managing vendors and ensuring on-time delivery
• Collaborating with product management, design, and technical development teams
• Coordinating across multiple teams, both internal and external
• Managing day to day work tasks of vendors and internal teams
• Updating senior management on project and work task status

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a technical project management role leading complex projects
• Proven project management experience: planning, scheduling, project communication, issue resolution, change management, and risk management
• Able to work with cross functional teams consisting of product, design, and engineering
• Proven management of multiple project stakeholders (e.g., internal core team, external vendors, contractors, business users)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with a variety of project management methodologies
• Ability to understand technical and design documents
• Experience in a web/mobile development environment
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
• BS degree or equivalent
• Experience with video content management systems a plus
• PMP or CSM a plus
• Experience in consulting or client services a plus
