Video Production Coordinator

The production coordinator will be a key player on the video/digital production team providing creative and technical support and expertise through every phase of development and production of a wide range of digital media.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate strategic and tactical project evaluation and prioritization processes.
• Provide creative input throughout development and production of growing slate of multimedia projects
• Provide creative input through brand development lifecycle, including creation of graphics packages/bumpers, music cues and other elements,
• Provide guidance and assistance with camera, lighting, audio production, editing and other production operations
• Coordinate strategy and execution of internal and external video sites, YouTube channels, and other existing/emerging digital platforms.
• Establish and maintain digital asset library
• Ensure that delivery requirements are up-to-date and reflect best practices in video/digital media, and that all production operations follow established criteria, guidelines and optimization requirements.
• Coordinate with internal operations and social media teams to organize online video presence and execute online video strategy

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 -5 years of creative video/digital media production experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
• Highly motivated, proactive, extremely well-organized and enthusiastic, with demonstrated ability to work independently on multiple concurrent projects across managers, with limited resources and under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of current best practices in video/digital production, including online media industry standards, latest production techniques, rights issues, etc.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills, with capacity to develop and manage strong relationships with internal and external partners in a highly collaborative team environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Working knowledge of Adobe suite of products
• Ability to communicate comfortably and professionally with third-party global business partners.

Recommended Qualifications:
• Bachelors in communications, marketing, advertising or related field.
• Strong affinity for and comfort with growing digital universe of content and culture.
• Experience working with international marketing teams.
• Knowledge of After Effects, FCP and/or AVID and/or other motion graphics and non-linear editing systems.

This is a long-term contract position.
